Heat 1 Used for muscle issues, sore joints, as a warm-up kickstarter, or as part of a recovery process. Provides a gently warming and soothing effect over the challenged joint. Heat 2 For more serious muscle and joint problems. Has a greater heating effect and is used for difficult and/or old injuries. Must not be used during the first 48 hours following an acute injury. Heat 3 Used for muscle issues, sore joints, as a warm-up kickstarter, or as part of a recovery process. Provides a strong warming effect and is applied isolated where it's needed.
