Crafted using only the finest Scottish salmon, each fillet is hand-cured with sea salt and demerara sugar, before resting to slowly absorb the cure. Each fillet is then gently smoked over Scotch whisky cask chippings and left to mature, giving Lochlander Smoked Scottish Salmon its signature flavour.
